Pai Gow Poker is a current game with ancient ancestry. Based on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the wild west in a great game for early level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the dealer, not like nearly all other poker games that players bet with other players. By playing against the dealer, beginner players do not have to fret about any other, more advanced individuals winning their cash.
An additional Pai Gow advantage is the fairly slow game play, novices can take their time and scheme while not needing to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also much simpler to bet on for an extended time with only a tiny amount of money since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards faces showing and the dealer is given 7 cards face down.
One 5 card hand and one 2 card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the houses.
